Getting Organized...A new school year is a second chance at that New Year's Resolution!

Hey Everyone!
Thanks for stopping by Altobelli Peterson Constructions Blog Page.

The School Year is Back on!
With that..
It is time to get organized!!

Ya Right, who am I kidding?
That was my New Years Resolution
& I am still struggling a bit!

A new school year to me..
is kind of like a New Years Resolution gone bad!

It's your Second Chance to Make it all Right again!

BUT, I AM BEING OPTIMISTIC this time...
I have made a little progress so far...

It still needs a lot of help...
but,
It is my start!

My own little organization station..
Each child has a magnet that holds important papers & Schedules!
I want to add a Sign above the Wipe Board with Our Name
Or a funny saying!

Below I found a very inspiring organization station.
Love the clock and the adorable his/her baskets!

Each persons needs are different!
I love how you can personalize them to meet Your Needs...

There is something very peaceful about being organized.
A sense of calm that takes over me when things are put away!

A couple things I have done is to:

1. GET RID OF EXCESS JUNK in MY HOUSE..
(we don't need a hundred of everything)
A couple pens, pencils, tapes, crayons, etc. are nice!
I don't need a whole draw full!

2.  GET RID OF MAIL RIGHT AWAY..
(nothing irritates me more than piles and piles of junk mail & magazines)
I try to get rid of it as fast as I get it.

3. DONATE CLOTHES THAT DON'T FIT ANYMORE!
(I have found that too many clothes just adds stress to my life)
I keep what fits & what they wear!
My children also have an easier time picking out what to wear, because everything in their closet fits and they like it!

Their is Simplicity in being Minimal
and
I have learned that it is bringing a Real Calming Sense to my
Otherwise Chaotic Life of
4 kiddos!!

Happy Organizing From Altobelli Peterson Construction!
